The Origin

FACT audit, originally known as Jes Pace & Co., was set up as a young and dynamic audit firm in 1998 by Jesmond Pace, it’s Senior Partner, who previous to setting up his own firm, has been trained and acculumated audit work experience with one of the big four firms. Since its inception, FACT audit specialised in quality audit work and embarked to service a growing portfolio of clients in Malta.





FACT audit grew to establish itself as a small quality audit firm providing statutory and non-statutory audit and investigatory work. The firm has the statutory authority to act as a Registered Auditor in Malta in accordance with the Accountancy Profession Act. Its clients are varied and though these are mainly composed of Maltese companies, such entities have their ultimate ownership by both local Maltese residents and also by international persons.

Malta’s EU membership brought more prosperity to the firm and saw the successful expansion of our client both in terms of industry sector and also a blend of nationalities owning companies in Malta whcih use the firm's audit services.
