Over the years, the service lines have been expanded and streamlined to meet clients’ demand and exceed their expectations. This had necessitated the creation of a consulting company focusing initially on the local market. FACT Consulting Ltd is therefore the consulting arm of FACT Audit.

The services had increased further with new clients from the international network requesting additional services. FACT Services Limited was incorporated to provide fiduciary services as licensed under the Trusts & Trustees Act, which license is regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

In this aspect, the above entities are now operated separately and independently from each other to ensure highest level of integrity and objectivity in the professional approach. These services are however administered and marketed as FACT Group. The Group has endeavored to provide a one-stop office for varied and multi-discipline services, without however compromising on its standards and quality. These prime factors have positioned FACT Group amongst the islands’ leading small to medium sized professional services organisations, providing audit and assurance, finance, accounting, corporate and tax services to a wide array of local small family businesses to larger international clients.

The Group now operates from newly built offices centrally located at ‘Cornerline’, Dun Karm Street, Birkirkara, Malta, and employs a number of professionally qualified persons and experienced professionals in the areas of accounting, financial services, law and taxation.
